- 2. Registration Payment Terms and Conditions: for the 2013 summit Very Early Bird Discounts payment must be received by 8 February 2013. For all Early Bird Discounts payment must be received by 22 March 2013. For all other registrations, payment must be received prior to the event.
- 3. Payment Linked Confirmation: please be advised that your registration is not considered confirmed until payment has been received in full. Organizers reserve the complete rights to refuse unpaid attendees at the venue. Please note all payments must be made in Indian Rupees.
- 4. Payment Modes: we accept four types of fee payment: cheque,demand drafts, wire transfer to bank, and credit/debit card payments. DD/Cheques to be made in favor of Saltmarch Media (India) Pvt. Ltd payable at Bangalore.
- 5. Registration Cancellation Policy: all cancellations must be received in writing. Registration cancellation for the summit will not be accepted by telephone. Please e-mail your cancellation notice to register@developersummit.com. If you have to cancel your registration you may do so with full refund less 25% administration charge up to Monday, 4 March 2013. Cancellations received after this date will not be liable for a refund. Registrations that avail any sign-up or promotional offers are not liable for refund. No refund will be made in the eventuality of the event being canceled or the published schedule changed due to natural calamities or events beyond the control of management.
- 6. Registration Substitution Policy: all substitution requests must be received by email before Friday, 26 April 2013. Substitutions will not be accepted after the deadline. Registration substitutions are permitted only between employees from the same company and of the same registration type.
- 7. Bulk corporate booking Rules: (1) All group registrants must be employed by the same company. (2) Payment for the group registration should be made on a single invoice.
- 8. Conflict of Interest: the organizer has full rights to disallow entry of attendees who might be found to have a potential conflict of interest with the organizer's business. The decision by the organizer in this regard is final and binding. If you or your organization's profile is competitive in nature to Saltmarch Media's businesses, please refrain from registering for the show. No claims for refund will be entertained.
