To join Mobile Developer Summit 2011 as a speaker is a great opportunity to build brand equity for both you as an individual and for your organization. By presenting your experiences, technical & market knowledge, and innovations, through keynotes and hands-on workshops, you have the unique opportunity to reach out to one of the largest mobile developer markets in the world, in focused settings.
Mobile Developer Summit 2011 will be held November 02-03, 2011 in Bangalore, India, at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc).
Steps to Submit Your Proposal
Step 1: Identify a topic that is relevant and informative to the Mobile Developer Summit. Each proposal has to subscribe to one or more of tracks below. Every proposal has to be unique and the chances of selection are higher if the talk has not been presented elsewhere.

CFP Submission Guidelines
- Estimated presentation length - There are two types of presentations - Focused Sessions (40 mins) & Lightning Talks (20 mins).
- Submission of Final Presentation Decks to the conference chair is required on or before the 10th of October 2011 to enable publication of the conference proceedings.
- Complimentary Registration - One presenter per selected presentation is eligible for complimentary full conference registration to Mobile Developer Summit 2011, which includes admission to the exhibit hall and conference, delegate luncheons, all after hour socialising, and cool conference gear.
- Once the abstract has been submitted through the Online CFP Submission Form, an automatic email response will be sent to confirm that the Mobile Developer Summit 2011 management has received it. Please print this as well as retain the email for your records. If you do not have access to the Online CFP Submission Form, abstracts can either be submitted via email as Word document or Rich Text Format (RTF) attachments to response@mobiledevelopersummit.com or mailed on a CD-ROM (PC compatible) to

Selection, Notification and Responsibilities
- Selection Process: Mobile Developer Summit 2011 conference chair will carefully review all abstracts submitted by the 19th of August with the ultimate goal of forming a highly educational and informative conference that addresses topical and timely technology issues that is inline with the theme and tracks as specified for the 2011 edition of Mobile Developer Summit. Please note that the Mobile Developer Summit 2011 chair is also handpicking speakers from the Saltmarch network, so don't be surprised to see a preliminary list of speakers published before the CfP results are announced.
- Evaluation Process: All abstracts will be evaluated on the strength of the abstract submitted, including content matter, technology/market trend and relevance of the material. Proposals are invited only from independent speakers who are not associated with an organization that has marketing interest in the summit. (All speaking opportunities for vendors in the mobile ecosystem are tied to sponsorships; please contact marcn[AT]saltmarch.com for details regarding participation.)
- Notification: All primary contacts will be notified in writing via email no later than 28th of August 2011 as to whether their proposed Mobile Developer Summit 2011 abstract has been selected for presentation. Please note that only selected candidates will be intimated. Your proposal may also be selected well after the notification dates are past, provided slots open up.
- Conference Content: All Conference proceedings, including audio, video, photo and text transcriptions, at the Mobile Developer Summit 2011 will automatically become copyright of Saltmarch Media (India) Pvt Ltd., and may be published (commercial or non-commercial) using different mediums to disseminate information to a larger audience.
- Speaker Registration: One presenter per submission accepted will receive complimentary full conference registration, which includes entrance to the conference and exhibit hall, delegate lunches, all after hour socializing and cool summit gear.
